The leak
You're out on a viewing. The Rightmove lead rings the office, and nobody picks up.
They've asked three agencies to value. The first to call back gets in the door.
Viewings from ten till four, so the phone stays in your pocket. The applicant who rang this morning has booked with someone else.
You're with your family or at the gym, and your office line goes to voicemail. The landlord rings the next agent.

Pro is £949 a year. That is 750 voice minutes a month, 2 AI employees, 2 website chat widgets, plus WhatsApp and SMS. Ultra is £1,799 a year: 1,500 voice minutes, 4 AI employees for separate lines, 4 widgets, and webhooks into Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Founding Partner is £300 for the year, limited to 50 agencies, with 200 voice minutes and 250 messages a month. One typical UK instruction fee is about £3,877. The founding year is a small slice of that single fee, and every plan is billed once a year.
There is no free trial. You pay the annual price through Stripe, and the employee can be on your line the same day.
You can cancel from the plan page before the next yearly invoice. You are not rolled into a second year without a chance to stop, and there is no monthly plan to switch to.
The minutes in your plan are one calendar month, even though the invoice is yearly. When that month’s voice minutes are used, new AI calls stop until the 1st, when the allowance resets on its own.
The line does not keep answering and then send a surprise per-minute bill. You see usage in the account before you run out, so a busy Saturday does not become an unexpected invoice.
Paste your website and the employee is built in about 60 seconds: properties, branches, and the questions callers already ask.
Then you pick the voice, forward the office line for the hours you cannot cover, and connect the diary. Most agencies are answering on their existing number the same afternoon. Your team does not learn a new system.
Yes. Callers keep dialling the number on your boards, portal listings, and website. You forward that line for the hours you choose.
Nothing is ripped out of the office phone. You can change the hours later, and anyone who needs a person is put through to the mobile you set.
Yes. It answers when the office is empty: evenings, weekends, and while you are out on a viewing.
It books the viewing or valuation into a real open slot, or puts the caller through if they need you. The Sunday lead that used to hit voicemail is in the diary before Monday.
Yes. It reads the open times in the diary you connect and offers those times on the call. It does not invent a slot.
Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, and an iCalendar feed are supported. The booking is written back, and the caller can get the details by text before they hang up.
Yes. WhatsApp, SMS, and the website chat are included on every plan, not as an add-on.
It is the same employee as the phone: your properties, your fees, and your rules. A portal lead who messages instead of calling still gets a booked viewing.
Yes. When the caller needs a person, it transfers to the mobile number you save.
You decide which calls go through and which stay with the employee. A vendor who will not wait is not left on hold while you are in a viewing.
You get the caller’s name, number, and what they asked. If a valuation or viewing was booked, it is already in the diary.
The alert can go by email or text, so the overnight instruction is waiting when you pick up the phone in the morning, not sitting in a voicemail you have not played.
It does not invent a price, a fee, or a feature that is not in what you gave it. Guessing a figure on the phone is how agencies lose the instruction.
It takes the address and the reason they are calling, books a valuation, or puts them through to you. The number, if there is one, comes from your valuer, in writing.
The phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and the website chat are on every plan. Diaries connect to Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, and an iCalendar feed, and Loop where that is the diary you already run.
Ultra adds webhooks, so a new booking can land in Zapier, Make, or n8n and then in the rest of your stack. You do not replace the desk. You plug the employee into it.
Caller records can be exported or deleted from the account, and the privacy page sets out how personal data is handled. That is the control your agency needs when someone asks for their data.
The employee tells callers it is an AI. SynnamonAI does not claim a certification badge. You stay responsible for your own lawful basis, and the product gives you the export, deletion, and disclosure tools to do that.
Yes. The employee says it is an AI, in the words you set, before it takes the enquiry.
Callers still get the viewing booked and the valuation held. Being clear is what keeps the call useful and keeps you on the right side of the rules you already work to.
